Each time a map client loads one map tile from Sarkoa, that counts as one tile request. Panning and zooming loads new tiles; a typical map view can load dozens of tiles at once.
Community, Essential, and Pro include unlimited tile requests with no tile overage charges. Indicative fair-use guidelines apply; sustained excess may lead to notice, throttling, or suspension for abuse.
