How billing works

Plans are priced per organization, not per user. One subscription covers the whole organization; there are no per-seat fees, so you can invite as many members as you need.

Free Get started with storage and a monthly tile allowance; no credit card required. Upload, cloud-optimize, share or embed maps, and publish a public portfolio page. Clients and viewers never pay to view your data. Audit log included on every plan.
Community Map branding (themes, accent, attribution alongside Sarkoa), comments, higher storage, and unlimited tile requests (see fair use).
Essential White-label embeds, password-protected maps, public API, live annotations, timeline datasets, unlimited tiles.
Pro For larger datasets and higher map traffic; highest processing priority, up to 25 live collaborators, and custom domain hosting.
Enterprise SSO, advanced security, and support options for larger teams, contact support.

Community, Essential, and Pro include unlimited tile requests with no tile overage charges for normal product, embed, and API use. Approximate fair-use guidelines are published in the Fair Use Policy (Community 15M, Essential 45M, Pro 130M requests/month as guidance, not hard caps). Sustained traffic far above those levels may lead to notice, throttling, or (for abuse or unresolved excess) suspension of streaming.

Quotas, prices, and overage rates can change. Use billing in the web app and the pricing page for current dollar amounts and included storage.
