Sarkoa publishes live production availability at status.sarkoa.com.

What you will see

  • An overall badge for monitored health endpoints (nominal when each listed route is at least about 99% over 30 days)
  • A card for each public route we probe, with a day-by-day uptime strip (about 90 days) and a summary uptime percentage
  • Routes include the web app, tiles, API, file processing, maps, website, logging, and MCP

The marketing homepage Reliability band shows the same measured core uptime (about 30 days), an operational badge, and a compact 90-day strip for the core path, with a link to the full status page.

How it is measured

Automated health checks run about every three minutes against public health endpoints. Those checks confirm that each service responds as expected. They do not measure end-to-end job duration or success for every upload and processing run.

Figures are measured availability, not a contractual SLA. Brief maintenance windows (for example during file-processing deploys) are expected and usually stay within the nominal band. Your account terms still apply.

Identity and database operations also depend on our identity and database provider status page. Edge network availability also depends on Cloudflare status.
